YOUTHFUL Chipinge gospel artiste, Tinashe Dhliwayo and his group, Rhema Voices have released their debut album which is already making waves in the entertainment starved Chipinge District.

The album, “Pane Tsime” carries four tracks, “We Shall Go Home One Day”, “Pane Tsime”, “You Are Worth” and “Munoshamisa”. It has already received airplay on Manicaland’s leading station, Diamond FM.

Dhliwayo (22) who is a member of Full Gospel Church of God in Zimbabwe (House of Judah Assembly), said his new offering carries message of praising the Lord.

“Music is in my blood and my aim is to achieve more in this industry. My new album consists of songs which give praise to God for the role He is playing in our lives. My songs also have a message to youths to always seek guidance from God whenever facing challenges in these trying times,” he said.

The former Gaza High School started singing at a tender age and his dream of recording an album finally came true through the unwavering support from his church.

He said his music matured during high school days when he took music as a core subject.

“My parents inspired me to sing while at home and I started participating actively in church and school choirs. During church services we usually have a live band and that is where many people encouraged me to record my music. My church members appreciated my music.

“I am currently working on videos to promote my music. I have also embraced the social media as a way of marketing my music. I am receiving encouraging feedback enquiries from people across the province.

“I would also like to give credit to my music teacher at Gaza High School, Mrs Mharadzano who always teaches me some basic skills in this industry,” said Dhliwayo.
