Happy end of yet another week! I have a little advice for our guardians and parents. I know you guys (teenagers) need a lot of things but sometimes you are too shy to ask for them from our beloved parents or guardians. This usually leads you to situations where you ask the wrong people, sugar daddies or mummies for money or other favours. So here are a few tips for parents. Love you teens. xxoxox

and parents
If you have a daughter or a sister who’s grown, always check on them. Give them money now and then to buy pads, under wears, and maybe toiletries. Females sometimes would never ask for these things from us, but they genuinely need them. They might get them from the wrong people. If you have friends or relations who are students, call them sometimes, check on them. If you have $5 or $10 give them. Life as a student sometimes gets really tough. Your kind gestures to them go a long way to help them keep toe the positive line. Men, if you have friends who are currently jobless, call them sometimes in solidarity. When going for a hair cut or shave sometimes, make them come along to get a haircut or shaved too, while you pay. When recharging your phone, do recharge theirs too. It may be nothing to you but sure means a lot to a jobless or poor fellow. Their ego wouldn’t allow them to ask for it. Instead of buying beer for your friends, why don’t you buy them food? Sometimes, our friends, colleagues and maybe families, go through a lot but wouldn’t dare tell us. Please give a helping hand today.

A rabbit runs, jumps, moves faster and lives for only 15 years while a tortoise doesn’t even attempt any of such activities, but lives for 150 years or more. Life is not about rushing, comparison and doing what others are doing but rather keep calm and do what is right and what you are called to do. They may live in the same forest and play together but have different life expectancy. We must remember that we will have age mates, class mates, school mates, office mates but there are no destiny mates in life. Be who you are called to be, love who you are and be thankful for your special journey which may not look like others!! This is the simplest way to succeed in life!!
