I am a 35-year-old lady with a small problem. I have a good job, a car and a house, but I cannot find a steady partner.
I have tried blind dating, dating sites and other channels in a bid to find a good guy. All the guys I meet are either liars, cheats or lazy scrubs. My friends say that I am too choosy and perhaps it is true, but what is wrong with that? Please help me. How can I find a good husband?

My dear sister, your situation is not big at all. So many ladies these days have raised the bar by improving themselves through education and the embracing of positions of influence. You are allowed to be choosy because you know what you want and never should you reduce your bar to accommodate anything that does not please you.
You will meet a good man who will make you happy. Just be clear about what it is exactly you are looking for so that you do not miss it when it comes your way.
Do not be blinded by material things too much also consider the rare qualities that are in a person. Remember, money is not everything! Take your time to know the inner being and appreciate the potential, but never settle for laziness. All the best and keep your heart beating
