ZIMDANCEHALL artiste, Ricky Fire, who is currently going around the country promoting his latest album titled “Hombarume” will hold a show at Club Mandisa tonight (Friday). The album is likely to be Ricky Fire’s other step towards fame in the local music industry.
Ricky Fire, whose real name is Tulani Takavada, is known for songs like “Ndiratidze Zvaunoita”, “ZvemuTV”, “Kumba kunouya kuno”, “Nyoka mumba”, “Hakuna asingade”, “Kumafaro”, “Sei wada ini” and “Babe waina” among others.
He began his career as a club DJ. He entered the music scene in 2002 with the single “Sei Wada Ini”. Ricky Fire said he is excited to unveil the new release that he hopes will take him to another level.
“I am promising my Mutare fans fireworks. I have performed in Mutare before and people appreciate my music. I will be sampling my new album titled ‘Hombarume’. I am of no doubt that my fans are going to enjoy all the tracks on the album including the title track ‘Hombarume’. I have been going around doing promotional shows and people are enjoying the latest album,” he said.
