I am a 29 year old married man. My wife and I are both professionals and together we have one lovely daughter. When I married her, I believed that she like me held very high Christian values. My problem began when my wife recently told me that she has a water spirit living in her demanding that she accepts it.
This news came after she visited her grandmother in the rural areas a few months ago. I cannot accept this nonsense in my life as I am a firm believer in Christian values. I love her and my daughter, but I cannot marry a witch. How do I even tell my pastor such rubbish?

Welcome to the realities of marriage! The union of two people, truths and beliefs. Did you take enough time to know your girlfriend before she became your wife? Perhaps you did, but did you also leave enough room for surprises and shockers? If not, breathe and smile a bit. You did not quite bring out whether she is telling you what she is going to do or if she simply informed you about what she had been told. Be sure to listen carefully to what she is saying. You should begin by appreciating her openness concerning the matter and then find out her position before you state your own. Love conquers all, just keep your balance. This could be your first true challenge, do not let it break you.
