FORMER CPMZ, ZUPCO Mutare player and national Under-17 mentor, Rodwell Dhlakama, has become the latest beneficiary of the FIFA Club Licencing regulations being enforced by ZIFA after he was appointed Castle Lager Premiership outfit, Chapungu’s technical manager.
The FIFA Club Licencing System being enforced by ZIFA stipulates that a top-flight league outfit has to have two CAF A Coaching Licence holders on their technical bench.
Until his recent appointment at Chapungu, Dhlakama was head coach for fellow airmen, Blue Swallows who made a flying start in the Nothern Region Division One League. – Senior Sports Reporter.
